BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ICEAID's board of directors, consisting
of members with proven track-record in their various fields of profession,
will set the policy of the Agency, make proposals on projects and ensure
their progress. The Board will also oversee that donor funds will be spent
in an efficient manner with a view that the goals of the projects will
be successfully achieved. It will ensure that the spending of the Agency
will be audited by appropriate bodies. This should ensure transparency
and financial responsibility.
